Bringing a pet home is a big decision, and the care doesn't stop once the adoption is complete. We built NuzzHaven so families can find the right pet and then keep them happy and healthy, without juggling different providers.
Every pet is listed by our team. Every application, booking and message is read and answered by a person, not an automated system.

Food, treats, toys and everyday essentials, with prices and stock checked at checkout so there are no surprises.
Our promise
How we look after you
- Your information stays private. Your account and anything you send us are stored securely and seen only by you and our team. We don't sell personal information.
- Payments are secure. Card payments happen on the payment provider's secure page, and NuzzHaven never sees or stores your card details. Bank transfers are matched to your order by its reference.
- Reviews are genuine. Only customers who adopted, booked or bought from us can leave a review, and every review is checked before it's published.
- A real person replies. Our team handles every application, booking and support message, and you can follow replies in your account.
Adoption fees, if any, are explained during the application process. Service and shop prices are shown before you pay.
